Demonstration on CLASSY Cream

On 29th September, Chef Nguyen Mint Tin (Tan Nhat Guong Co., Ltd) and Chef Chin (Harvest Bakery Ingredients) were in our E-Park Demo Kitchen, Kuching, to give a demonstration to various professionals and bakery representatives on cake decorations using a new Harvest product - CLASSY Cream which is a non-dairy topping cream, with extra over-run and is high heat-resistant.

This magnificent dragon is one of his many creations that day.....
